CHELMSFORD, Mass.

A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 495 in Chelsmford is slowing the Tuesday evening commute.
The truck crashed in the southbound lanes near exit 34 and went over the guardrail onto Route 110, State Police said.
Two lanes on 495 were closed, and Route 110 is impassable.
